Higher Education South East (HESE)
was created as a company in 1999 to promote all higher education institutions in the South East region. By encouraging a collaborative ethos, it aims to strengthen their contribution to the economic, social and cultural growth of the region, and to influence and shape the regional agenda.
HESE aims to represent the interests of Higher Education in the South East of England.
